What is GiftBar?

Giftbar is an on-demand, one stop destination for your gifting needs. We offer various kinds of gifts, with personal touches.

How does it work?

Pick a gift for your loved ones, tell us where and when to send it, end it off with a personalized message. We will take care of everything from there!

What are your hours of operation?

We deliver 7 days a week throughout Jabodetabek area.

Where can I send the gifts to?

We only deliver throughout Jabodetabek, for now. Stay tuned for more!

Shipping rules and restrictions

We do not take responsibility if the courier cannot deliver the package in time due to incomplete address.

Free shipping will be given if there are mistakes in the order.

What are the payment options?

All items listed are in Indonesian Rupiah ( IDR ).
For all online orders we need full payment before the order can be finalized.
Bank Transfer - Please transfer within 24 hours, orders will automatically be cancelled if payment is not received.
Credit Card - We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, JCB.

Can I cancel or refund my order?

As our goods are perishable items, all sales are final. We are unable to cancel your order or issue any refund once payment has gone through.

The screen went blank! Did my order go through?

This happened because of an internet bug, to double check if your order went through, simply get in touch with us. We recommend using any browser other than Internet Explorer, like Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc.
